Terms of Service

Hi! We're glad you're here. Tellioh creates personalized stories for children, families, teens, and adults — powered by AI, narrated in voices you love, and illustrated with scenes that feel like they belong to your family.

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Tellioh when you use our platform. We've written them in plain language on purpose. If something isn't clear, please ask: dreamtales@launchyard.app.

By creating an account or using Tellioh, you agree to these terms.

• You must be 18 or older to create your own Tellioh account.
• If you are between 13 and 17, you may use Tellioh with parental consent. Your parent or guardian should create the account.
• Children under 13 use Tellioh under a parent or guardian's account — not their own account.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account.
• If you think someone has accessed your account without your permission, notify us immediately at dreamtales@launchyard.app.
• One account per person, please.

Tellioh is a creative storytelling platform. Here's what we offer:

• Generates personalized stories using AI, tailored to your characters, settings, and themes
• Creates audio narration — including personalized family voices via ElevenLabs voice cloning
• Analyzes family photos to create illustrated story scenes (via OpenAI and DALL-E 3)
• Produces downloadable PDF storybooks you can keep forever
• Processes physical Keepsake Book orders, printed and shipped via Printify
• Serves children, families, teens, and adults across all age groups

Stories generated using your inputs belong to you. You can download, print, and share them however you like for personal use.

You retain ownership of the photos and voice recordings you upload to Tellioh.

By uploading content, you grant Tellioh a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you — generating stories, creating narration, and illustrating scenes. We don't use your content for anything else.

Monthly subscriptions. Tellioh offers monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month until you cancel. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.

Free trials. If a free trial is offered, your card will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial period ends and you won't be charged anything.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We don't offer refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Refunds. Because Tellioh is a digital service, we don't offer refunds for subscription periods you've already used. If you experienced a technical failure that genuinely prevented you from using the service, please contact us and we will review your situation.

Keepsake Books are physical printed products, fulfilled by Printify and shipped to the address you provide.

• Delivery time: approximately 7–14 business days within the United States. International orders may take longer.
• Order processing: production begins within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
• Returns: physical products may be returned within 30 days if defective or damaged. Email dreamtales@launchyard.app with a photo of the issue. We will reprint or refund at our discretion.
• Fulfillment failures: if an order cannot be fulfilled due to printing or shipping issues, you will receive a full refund.
• Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot reship orders to a corrected address after dispatch.

Tellioh is a creative platform for stories that bring joy. Please use it that way. Specifically, do not:

• Use Tellioh to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content you don't have the right to share

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Stories, illustrations, and audio are generated using artificial intelligence. AI is remarkable — and imperfect. Generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected phrasing, or results that differ from your expectations.

Content is personalized to your family based on your inputs. Tellioh is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

The Tellioh platform, design, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Tellioh and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Stories and content generated from your inputs belong to you. You may use, download, and share them for personal purposes.

Please don't reproduce, redistribute, or use the Tellioh platform, brand, or design for commercial purposes without our permission.

Tellioh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tellioh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Tellioh in the 12 months before the claim arose.

If something goes wrong, please reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Email dreamtales@launchyard.app and we'll do our best to make it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Oregon. You and Tellioh each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change — one that meaningfully affects your rights or how we operate — we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of Tellioh after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
